It sounds like something else could be wrong with the clutch/install. Best to remove the trans and check it out.

u replaced the clutch but didnt put a new flywheel?

take it out inspect the clutch... get a new flywheel or have it resurfaced..

consider taking it to a pro.
spend the 500 instead of it breaking and costing much more to repair

You should always replace the flywheel or resurface it when replacing the clutch.

I'm not sure how unevenly the disk is worn after only 800 miles, but you should be able to just get a replacement disk if it's bad. If you're lucky, the clutch disk will wear itself evenly to the new flywheel.

the center piece on the disc moves freely, should that be like that? flywheel looks good, and i did get it resurfaced. it was hopping pretty bad. i couldnt be on a hill because when i let go of the clutch it would make a horrible noise, and it will hop all the way up.

should i re-resurface the flywheel or buy a new one? how about a clutch?

is there a seal on the tranny? 2nd pic on top. how about t case? i was leaking tranny fluid, and i bought four seals, one of them being the little o ring. i still have it in place.looks good too.

i also noticed that only 4 bolts were holding my tcase up, 1 on top 3 on bottom, can that be the reason why it would leak? uneven pressure torque?

Center piece moves free? Not sure, what kind is it?

After I installed a excedy stage 1 with resurfaced flywheel the car would shake upon engage and smake scraping noise sometimes too, this was fixed as soon as I adjusted the pedal closer to floor (rod toward aft)

the only o-rings I know of are the small one and large one that fit between tranfercase and tranny - which I ordered from mits parts.

Every bolt needs to be tightened to torque spec, most importantly, you should be able to tighten them at least 80% by hand (I got strong fingers but by budging the parts you canget the bolts in pretty far without wrench)

well i had my dad inspect the clutch and flywheel and it looks like i am going to need both of them.

if you look at the picture of the pressure plate you can see one of the teeth is broken....you can really see it, but like 2 other teeths are bent. he said the pressure plate and flywheel have Burned marks. the disc has uneven wear, obviously due to the resurface Im sad. im going oem though...
