quaife FTW. This is not a mod you want to skimp on.

b. if so, what diff is it? Is it as strong as the Quaife?

not sure if it is a direct swap but seems like a good deal if it would work. if it doesnt fit go w/ a Quaiffe (lifetime warranty) or a stock RS lsd out of an '04 dont be cheap on this, this isnt like exhaust where 3" piping is just 3" piping

There are tons of 500hp cars running the factory stock LSD.

Has anyone purchused a RS LSD center diff's and put it in there 03. I am planning to take out the open diff in my 03 and replace it with a LSD. Since I don't have the money for a Quaife I thought the RS diff would be an affordable answer. I have just over 300WHP right now. I am also going to upgrade the bolts on the case when I do the install to minimize the chanced of failure.

If you have installed a RS LSD in a 03 please let me know how it is workin for you and your experiances.

Thanks to all!

I've been running the mitsu LSD in my 03 for just under a year. Night and day difference in a good way. I haven't had any problem at all. Very easy to swap if you don't pull the entire xfer case.
