I have an evo IX and my transmission is grinding from first to second, and second to third. I want to do a tranny flush and put some synchromesh in, but which hole is the transmission fluid drain and which one is fill.

I see two. One is (if you are under the car in front, looking toward the rear) is on the bottom. One is facing the right. Which is it?

Will it be bad to mix what is in there with synchromesh? (half and half mixture)

 

Also, does anyone know the capacity? Is it 4 qts?

 

And i tried searching, but couldnt find it...
