N2O Question. Please help!

I am currently hooking up a dry NOS kit. And I was wondering what N2O jets would equal a 25 Shot on a dry fogger system. I am running a stock set up besides a greddy BOV and a K&N drop in filter.

Thanks for all your help in advance!

Kyle~

A dry kit on a turbo car is a bad idea.

I can not remember the members name who has done this before. But he pcked up amazing gains spraying the nozzle at the filter, running thruough the maf, and into the motor. There was a write up he did, though I cant find it, and it really impressed me.

bad bad indeed. Maybe N2O cooling kit but not to the intake. I don't remember seeing that post but I'm sure people have done all kinds of things, some of which not too bright an idea unless you just have cash to burn. serious cash to burn. Why not consider a HKS272s, ecu flash and an intake and exhaust system upgrade.. hell the drop in isn't bad for an intake so just get a decent exhaust. This set up has been done on these forums showing mad power increase. don't venture into the dangerous for no good reason. But that's just my opinion.

It's not a good idea to do that since you can't consistently meter the incoming stream that way.

Not if you richen up the fuel tables it's not and that is actually better than running a wet kit anyway as you get even fueling at each cylinder rather than a rich leading cylinder and a lean trailing. I am amazed at the misinformation I read sometimes.

The MAF corrects the inlet and Automaticly enrichens the fuel for the N2O.

And nitrous on a turbo car is not a bad idea. It is actually A very good thing. My S10 with the turbo LS1 and my friends MKIV ran bottle on top of its boost. N2O is fine if you use it safely. Ill try and find the post that our member did this set up, but in the mean time, Can anyone please tell me the Jetting size for a 25 shot.

It is a N.O.S dry kit. Pieced together from my single fogger, universal wet kit.

Under my assumption that this kit has no way to raise the vacuum on the fpr, I would suggest figuring out a way to bump the fp and you will be fine. Truthfully a 50 shot requires no real decrease in timing advance and you are less then that. Therefore, if you bump the fuel pressure, you should be fine.

So im assuming at 63psi of fp at wot and full boost, a .035 N20 pill would be a nice sized shot?

Check Nitro Dave's. I believe they have a chart. I haven't ran anything less than a 100 shot so I have no idea on the jetting for a 25...

How long have you been running the 100 shot? And hows it working for you? and one more question. How are you injecting it?

Thanks.

Switch to a wet shot and start off with a .42 nitrous and .16 fuel jet...
