Why does it matter that he is from Pakistan? Do the vendors I listed not ship outside of the US? I would have thought they did considering Norris Designs uses AMS's GT42R kit and Norris is based in the UK.

It is not much more work to just pull out the entire motor and get one that's already built for you rather than half-assing it and just dropping the pistons and rods into the motor you have. Thats just me, though.

Yes you can just put in new pistons and rods. Just make sure to hone the cylinder walls and if your worried about balance just have the pistons and rods balanced (ie, make sure all the pistons weigh the same).

going with CP pistons and Crower Rods and Clevite Main and Rod Bearings.
