Yeahh , you are definately not a pro. Have you bother to even looking at the mitsubishimotors website? Do you realize that the Evo 8 and the Evo 9 are rated at different power and tq?

how does it hold boost uptop copared to the evo 8 turbo. i know it will taper but does it taper more same or less then the evo 8 trubo???

I have no taper....thanks to the FORGE IX actuator.

how much boost are you holding at redline?? or how much boost are you running??

i also have the 9 turbo on my '05. love it and its got the stock actuator on it. its tuned for 22psi on 93oct and it holds at 20psi at redline. nice difference in the 1/4 also.
