Roger, I wouldn't say your numbers are heartbreaking either. You'd never put down those numbers at Buschur with those mods in 107* weather on 91oct. Cammed VIIIs on 93oct in cool weather don't even dyno that high at Buschur.

I can not beleive Vivid let you leave their shop with out putting a boost gauge in.
Well I went in there just to get a re-tune for the new mods. I was there for hours as we where tyring to figure out what the issue was with the boost and they went ahead and intsalled the MBC for me, plus they where really busy. And like i said before i had no idea it was that big of a deal lol so i didnt even think of it. I'l check out the how too, I heard its a pretty easy job anyway. I'l probly pick up a guage tonight online. Thanks again for eveyones input, you guys are the best.

Glad we could help, and I hope we help get your strange situation rectified so that the Evo is a beast.

That is the relative humidity.

Guys, VIVID's dyno DOES read low...those numbers are incorrect. Without starting a sh*tstorm, but at the same time stopping the inuendos here. Bring that car back in and I'll personally dyno it and post the numbers. As far as the boost is concerned, I'm as puzzled as the rest of these guys. I wasn't there at the time.

Probably better to log and display AFRs rather than relative humidity, aye?

What numbers are incorrect? Can you show us an example of a low dyno result at Vivid and the corresponding HIGH trap speed to verify the claim?

The guy in this thread is making 270-ishwhp on 91oct on a Mustang Dyno when not running optimally with crazy fluctuating boost. In these circumstances, you'd expect him to put down 270-ish on a Dynojet. He would not put down 270 on Buschur's low-reading MD. If the Vivid dyno were reading low, then that would mean this guy is making as much (or more) power as very well-running Evos with no problems on 93oct. I do not believe that is the case here...

You are reading my post incorrectly. I am agreeing with you...

You're not agreeing with me when you say, "Guys, VIVID's dyno DOES read low." That's the exact opposite of what I'm saying.

Bdiddy, can you PM me a price for installation on a boost gauge install. The one that goes behind the steering wheel, and a price for the guage. I am so frustrated with working on my car, i dont even want to mess with it. I couldnt even figure out how to change my blown headlight... And mitch said he would not charge me to come back and do a retune once I got a new BOV. Just have to pay vivid to use the dyno. Or you can call me if you still have my number laying around.
