Bad cam gears?

I recently removed my cam gear cover to change the cam gears. But when I saw the gears turning one looked like it was out of balance or bent. Does anyone else have this problem or heard of it. What do you think caused this? Its not loose but you can see that it looks like its wobbling a little bit. The car seems to be perfectly fine. And no, no one has recently did a cam shaft change or mess with anything close to it. It must have been like this for a while.

The cam gear seats on the cam shaft. It may not be seated fully giving it the wobble look when its spinning.
