I have the Exedy Hd twin in my car and i love it, the pedal is just a little heaver then stock. The ACT is going to be the best clutch for the money tho. Dont even bother with any of the single disc exedy clutches.

it's ok, but I wouldn't recommend that clutch if you constanly go through traffic everyday...I live in a small town in Indiana where corn fields rule The town that I live only has 3000 in population and 2 traffic lights. So, no traffic for me .

As far as noise, nope...there's no noise. All I hear is my megan tbe singing

I've driven my friend's evo with exedy SD in it..now that's what I call noisy SOB ...

I would get Exedy HD if I were you. I've heard more good things rather than the negatives. The pedal would be somewhat a little bit stiffer than stock but it's ok.
