Turbo Kit VS Stroker Kit???

Turbo Kit VS Stroker Kit???
Im trying to decide what would be better value to get--> A GReddy T-26G Turbo Kit or a JUN/Tomei 2.2lt stroker kit? These are both for an Evo IX?
This is for a daily driven street car. I want the car to be as quick as possible, which one would make the car the quickest?
The turbo kit would go on the motor with stock internals and the stroker kit would go in with the stock turbo.
I only have enough $$$ to choose one!
Current Mods already on the car are: Motec ECU, HKS Dump+Front, HKS Cat-back with high flow cat, Apexi pod filter, HKS 272 Ex Cam and Gear, Trust/Greddy R-Spec FMIC, Tein SS Coilovers.
