Question about MBC
Do i need a boost gauge for it, i will be getting tuned at TurboTrix. I have the stock mr gauge. Can they set it with their computers?
Also do you need to adjust it for differnet weather?

If you have MR gauges already, I don't see a need for another boost gauge.
I would recommend a MBC if you want to get rid of some of the boost taper in the
upper rpms but it's not compeletly neccesary.
A TBE would be a good idea while you are at it before a tune.

No, the fuel pump isn't for power, and the stock IX pump is not weak.
OP, the stock MR gauge works well, but it only goes up to 21.75psi. You definitely need an aftermarket gauge to run the amount of boost that TurboTrix is surely to push when they tune you. They push 24-26psi quite often on the IXs they tune, so your stock gauge will be rendered useless.
You do not set boost using a "computer" really. You set it using a gauge, whether that's your boost gauge or a MAP sensor that is read through their own laptop or dyno. Regardless, you need to be able to monitor your boost on a daily basis with a gauge that reads up to 30psi.
