I wish pure ethanol wasn't so expensive as the ultimate would be 15% 94 octane and 85% ethanol.

I just wish I could get the stuff at a pump...my new 50 gallon barrel is coming though

yeah, I had done some reading on guys drag racing E95 as a push for ethanol...it was a pretty boring article but they did bring up the real world trouble of getting the car to start on that high a % of ethanol

what if you use it on a stocker evo9 mr without the upgrades that you suggest. any experience? will it promote corrosion since it is running ethanol?

there is a few guys here in vegas running E85 in various cars here...all of them have not reported any "corrosion" yet. even the guy that has a older 280z running E85 says his fuel lines are still fine after 6 months. Alot of E-85 stations opened up in vegas..so its getting popular fast here from both Turbo'ed Honda's and DSM/EVO guys.

What about California? When will we get E85? I don't want to use race gas or methanol injection. With race gas I will ruin my cat and my o2 sensors. There is also too much risk running alcohol injection, no matter how many, or how good the fail safes are. There is always a chance that a failsafe can fail too.
