The lag and lack of torque makes me think something is restricted.
Did you dyno with an intake? Try it without.
Catalytic converter? nevermind, says none.

I forwarded my dyno plots and information to mike welch of road race engeneering... (he's a highly respected dsm/evo tuner), He's also marketing kits with the same manifold and o2 as mine. Obviously he did not discredit the kit, but he also said that his customers with the kit are making much more power than mine with compairable supporting mods....

Np TJ,

That comment wasn't directed toward you.

Right and he was using the same SBR 35r Turbokit being used by this fellow as well.

1. Your Recircing your wastegate, causing your EGTS to sky rocket. This turbokit doesnt like to be kept quiet, make a open dump.

2. The 02 housing really isnt a problem seeing the the outlet on the hot side is 2.5in as well. One thing i found when installing my kit wa that there were alot of leaks. (wastegate, 02 housing, to turbo, manifold, So on, Its CAST SS, its going to warp no matter what.
3. Check that, make sure that everything is tight before you got running to SBR and place blame.

4. That ebay intercooler prob isnt helping you out too much but i think its not hurting your either.

like it was already said, it doesn't seem that you need anything "immediatley", it seems like something is wrong with the car.

with that said, 35 lives for boost, look into alky especially because your running 91

Somethings definitely not right with the car, and its not the tuner, so people should quit suggesting that. I would guess theres some major exhaust/turbo restrictions, low compression, bad plugs, etc. the list goes on and on. The SBR kit and the ebay FMIC arent the best choices of parts, but they shouldnt hurt you that bad. Some stg. 1 IX's are making 310-315whp on that dyno running 91 octane, so somethings out of whack. Theres just so many variables its hard to say, good luck and let us know if you figure it out!

Just FYI: GT35R+EMS+1000cc injectors+ 91 Octane= shltty results. Get some meth and/or C16 and wake that puppy up (after you figure out whats wrong of course).
