Back to the drawing board.

So i got my evo tuned, and the power was pretty dissapointing. 324awhp on a dyno dynamics

My mods,

AEM EMS with map conversion
GSC 272 cams
walbro 255 pump
pte 1000cc injectors
TBE 3" catless
exedy twin
Slow boy Racing gt35r
ebay fmic
intercooler piping with tial bov

What additional mods do i need to make say 450awhp on pump (91) and ~600awhp on c16?

I'm thinking;

Swap the SBR 35R for a peakboost topmount 37r
Swap the ebay fmic for a peakboost garrett core fmic
Swap the GSC 272's for JUN/REVOLVER cams

Any additional sugustions?

TJ

i had a pretty ****ty manifold a while ago & made 370 up here in s.l.c ut so i doubt it's that i bet that ebay fmic is the problem.... it's probably not cooling & killing the flow

who's doin the tuning... 324. whp is jus horrible. First, of all on pump especially 91 the gt35 won't shine. How much boost ur running? It shines when u put race gas or alky 26-30 psi. But anyway even around 21-23 psi, u should be gettin at least 400whp.

theres a problem, a gt35?? on a dyno danamics dyno , those are low #s whos doing the tuning, on dd dyno you should be at least 400 , try a different tuner , as it sounds like you have all the right mods

after looking at your graph your tq is dropping fast you have a restriction somewhere or the tune is horrible with cams & a 35r is should not drop off that fast

Here is a dyno sheet of a similar setup. Your power defiately seems low. Did you check the usual suspects, ie. leakdown test, compression test, boost leak. Did you have good plugs in the car? Editted... noticed you were on 91. I believe the below graph is 93 oct.

http://www.ktrperformance.com/dyno_t...php?id_num=120 link to mods. Very similar to yours.

Well Assuming the FMIC was built in a sweatshop....then im guessing the 8 year old builder might have gotten his teddy bear stuck in the End Tank. I would e-mail him and B#tch him out......how good is your Chinese?
