Took out the grounding wires. Still doing the same thing.

It's running perfeclty normal when you get it to idle. It's not running rich anymore.

But when the idle is strugling the car is running very rich at idle. And it will be in limp mode when you drive it.

I also have a UTEC, maybe the transition from open loop to closed loop is doing this?

That is why I have to start up the car several times so that the UTEC initializes it to go into closed loop?
