MBC installation

I have searched and found two different ways to install these, in the turbo line and also the bov line.

I would like to know which is the best or what are the downfalls of each. There is so much back and forth on this.

Or are they the same, personal preferance.

Both methods work. I prefer using the turbo nipple instead of hacking into my BOV line. There is already a thread that shows a long list of pros and cons for each, but in the end, neither list has anything that matters as much as the fact you have the worst possible BOV on your IX.

havent got that bov on yet, my aftermarket uicp has the tial style flange, so still have stock uicp and stock recirc. You say that all the time with no reason about the HKS. Anyway thanks for the info.

The reasons have been listed countless times, yet noobs continue to be defiant, because they just have to have that ricer sound. All it takes is a few people who don't know any better saying they run the SSQV on their Evo "with no problem" for a noob to latch on and cling to that for dear life. All it means is you (and them) do not understand how the MAF system on the Evo works nor how the SSQV works. I have explained it many times, and Malibu Jack, a highly respected EvoM guru has done the same in even greater detail. You can choose to believe it or not. I honestly don't know why I bother anymore...
