I just do not like the fluttering that the stock dv does, i would like to just have one shot of air between low rpm shifts and that is it. that is the whole reason for a vta bov.

If you want to pssssssh get they hold boost just fine at 120 mph. I have headers , 02 ho ,tbe, bush intake with pill removed and my GFB stays at 20 psi while under heavy boost.

you know..... ive got the hks blowoff valve and i ran it vta for about a year. My car never stalled..never sputtered. But i didnt just have a blowoff valve and tbe. i had alot more mods. i have also had a tune from day one. I have since recirc'd the hks valve to keep the honda guys from wanting to race in traffic. I did notice a very slight change in A/F between shifts and a slightly better boost response between shifts. but like i said b4.... my car has never run untuned.

I would love to see countless people driving around with a strong BOV trying to accelerate through an entire gear at half throttle. They will all get flutter.
Well I am not going to argue as I have not tried a new boost source myself yet. There is too much "I read this", or "I heard that" on here as it is and I am not going to contribute. I will say the response from Mike at Forge Motorsports in another thread on the flutter issue makes sense regarding the unseating of the BOV at partial throttle when the MBC and BOV "share" air. But I am not going to jack this thread even further with that.

Run all new lines and then you wont have to worry about any pills.

just put the forge mbc in, zip tied the connections, but cant boost over 1 bar at spike. I switched the lines and the same thing.

I have it hooked up to the turbo nipple. I cranked it down and still no change, im thinking the mbc is no good.
