Suspention pops.
Suspention pops.
Ok, if i am hard on the brakes and hit a bump my suspension will jump and pop.. and will seem mis-aligned until i do some hard cornering and it pops back.. (very audible)
This really bugs me.. ANyone else having this problem?
Is this really a problem? did i break some suspension components?
Thanks,
-Zach

That seems odd....
I would think that if something was really broken, it would stay that way...it wouldn't just correct itself. But I am no expert.
Your car is brand new. If you have any hint of troubles, bring it to the dealership. They will tell you for sure whether what you are experiencing is something to worry about.

Yeah, I'll second that - this is just what warranties are for. Off the top of my head, I'd say maybe the spring spacers weren't completely removed or maybe somethings up with a ball joint somewhere, though I'm not really familiar with the Evo's suspension well enough to know if it even has any...

My car makes many noises that are strange to me.
Yes I have had turbo cars before.
Yes I have had AWD cars before.
Yes I have had turbo, AWD cars before.
I have had a 12 year old Audi Quattro turbo with 150000 miles that made less "noise" than my 2003 Evolution.
I am concerned that the Evolution is going to sound like a bucket of bolts in a few short years.
If I take it to the dealer without something clearly broken and hanging off the car They will say, "Everything is fine".
I will try anyway.

Yeah already checked for the spacers.. And the reason i dont want to take this to the dealership yet is because it only happens under hard brakeing.. or cornering..
Guess what a dealership would most likely say?
Yeah not going through that ****..
.
I want to know whats wrong before i go in. I want to know why it broke before i go in.
Thanks,

Well, i dont want to take it to the dealer.. I hate dealers.. and owner a RX7 have have since learned to never go to a dealer until you know exactly what needs covered and why..
I guess it is not normal, I will through my car on the lift tonight and see if i can find any problems..
