DrivenToThrill, you have not seen people bragging about the HKS except for maybe the noise. How can you be here this long but never see the hundreds of threads where we rip people's heads off for using the HKS SSQV on the Evo? It's NOT to be used.

Kdash, only the JDM MR DV and IX DV (same thing) are good - they hold 24-25 psi efficiently. The stock 03-05 BOV is plastic and sucks.

You don't want the SSQV. You want the '05 USDM MR BOV. It's stealth black, so you're dealer won't even see it!

Also, my LICP recommendation is the '05 USDM MR one. It completes the USDM look perfectly...

you can get the evogreen from buschur or forced performance for $1700 so yes the $1399 for a 05 turbo is a bit rediculus.

You can also get a new TME for around $700 new, and the TME is a BETTER version of the 05 turbo...

He was making fun of the "05 MR Turbo" claim. Notice, he also referenced the 05 MR LICP, which is just a normal part on all 05s just like the BOV and turbo...

Scott do me a favor keep your comments to yourself.....I don't come into you thread and bash how you are a lousy dealer and how you are only nice to people when they show potential money spending. Thanks for you effort in putting your 2 cents in......Muchly appreciated!!
