If you dont plan on running more boost than stock and adding cams you will be fine, but run more than 21 psi and your gonna want to have it.

A higher volume fuel pump keep air/ fuel ratios consistant by flowing more gallons per minute. 255 GPM.

Under wide open throttle, the injectors are squirting fuel, hopefully not using a 100% of their capacity. Fuel pressure drops if the pump cant feed the motor enough fuel under heavy load. Having a nice strong pump will keep up the optimal fuel pressure in turn making your tune, and the car run consistantly.

Its 225 litres per hour, not gallons per miniute, do you know how much 225 gallons per miniute is, you could put out a forest fire with that ****.

they were on sale in the vendor forums for a while if not anymore they'll be 89 or 99 bucks

still under 100 bucks to prevent your engine from going KABLAMMMM

you can't really argue that

I heard that the stock Evo VIII pump is good up to 300whp.

I think that Evo VIII is around 190lph and Evo IX is 230lph.

The stocker can't take a 35 shot of nitrous and 16 pounds of boost at the same time, thats for sure. Lower than stock boost laugh out loud.
