Not sure why on the low timing but that is all she will let me give her. If I start my pull from 2800rpm If I add any more timing from 3k-4.5K she will pick up knock. If I start my pull about 3500rpm than the knock is not bad like you see in the log.
Eater way the car rips like hell on the street and there is no reason for me to push my timing down low for some TQ#.

Awesome job Lucas
He just took me for a ride and WOW the car flat out spools fast and doesnt stop climbing up in mph. I miss the quick spool up
My car ya got rev high to get the big Bang effect
I bet this would make a awesome roadrace car with E-85 and the cooling effect it does to the motor

was this on a full tank of e85???
what kind of gains did you notice from the switch from pump 91/93???
did you make the same kinda torque before on pump, i am trying to figure why torque numbers or more so knock would accur from this fuel?
edit: p.s. awsome numbers none the less! good job!

Well like I said this dyno never gives good TQ # for EVO's. I do know there has been 100+ moded EVO's dyno on this dyno and I am the top HP for stock turbo. The 2nd higest # on this Dyno was a Meth Injected IX that I built at 382whp. If the E85 would let me run the timing down low though I know the TQ would be much higher. I dont feel the TQ is that bad any way and the cars main power band is above 5k so trying to figure out why its 20ftlbs less than others have done is not worth it. The true test is what she runs at the track.
I would say I am a good 80+ hp over pump gas. Never did dyno on pump but my best 1/4mi times on pump so far are 12.7@109. Will have it at the track this weekend so I will let you know what she runs.
Yes the car is on pure E85. Have ran about 30gal through so far. The car will stay on E85.

if your saying you think 80+ whp i can see why your not to concerned w/ the torque a this pointOriginally Posted by Lucas English

and yes i would say e85 is gonna stay in your tank!
i use to be so soncerned about having a sunoco station near me that sold 100oct for 6.50 a gallon after reading a few e85 posts you can guess my new concern
what are you paying a gallon (e85)
It was at 2.29 and now at 2.50. Thay say it will go back down though.
