How much material can safely be removed from a gt35r with porting and a maford manifo

I just ordered 7 bits for porting, how much can a gt35r turbo be ported, and a maxford manifold safely?

I want to port the atp gt35r flange and also the compressor side where the large outlet is, how much material can be removed from each section? And also how much material can be removed safely from the flange side of the manifold and each of the 4 exhaust ports? Does anybody have pictures on this subject, it would be much appreciated?

Does the atp gt35r have surging while driving? If so what I do to elminate the surge?

Why don't you install it, stop fixing problems before you have them?

no offense, but if you were looking for lots of hp you shouldn't have bought the atp stuff.

Oh my gosh, are you reading this post?

I think, if you wanted power like exitermini you bought the wrong kit, and I think you know it, and I also think this is why you have had 3-4 threads all based on how to help your kit make more power before you installed it, and why you have 2 threads trying to sell it.

Bolt it up, see it makes ****ty numbers, then take it off and sell it, it's the only way.

Never had an ATP kit and never thought of what you are going to do, because I would never buy one of those kits.

I will put money on my car putting out more hp and more tq than your 35R on race gas, I know without doubt you won't come close to my tq numbers in fact, and that on pump gas you might make similar peak numbers but you will be suffering from lots of lags.

Make post's based on fact, and if your asking for help and everybody is telling you the same story maybe you should listen.

Here is a dyno sheet from a AMS ground up 2.3+35R full out build.
[/QUOTE]

my 400/365 on pump gas doesnt look to shabby.... and my 490/480 on race doesnt either, making only 10 less peak wtq.....

Your numbers suck I have 360 to wheels with my stock evo 9 turbo without cams on 93.

When Im done porting my atp gt35r and maxford manifold ported the way i want, I will be making about 500 to the wheels without race gas and I will post a Dyno graph just for you for all the **** you talk so you can feel like the du!bass you are.

And with upgraded internals and more meth alot more hp than your tiny turbo, could dream of, by the way what turbo kit do you have?

i wouldn't really recommend trying to port a turbo... It doesn't really work like porting a blower does.

1. You can't reach as far as you would need to to do it right because the airways circle around.

and

2. You'll screw up the A/R

Believe it or not, the GT35R is a well designed turbo as it sits. If you want something with more flow, you should have bought another turbo.

My setup makes 490 480 on race gas, which is more than your's will make.......Keep talking smack about how well your car performs while you keep posting threads up here asking how to fix all of its flaws before you install it.

I *had vishnu's stage 3 kit which I loved but decided to go with something bigger.

I cannot believe this kid thinks he is going to make 500 to the wheels on pump gas.

When I searched ATP GT35R in the forums out of the top 10 searches here are the ones started by you...

How much material can safely be removed from a gt35r with porting and a maford manifold?

Atp kit, will it work with a gt40r.

Does anybody get turbo surge from their atp gt35r?

What manifold can i use with a atp gt35r kit, does the flange matter are their side?

Atp gt35r turbo kit for sale. Brand new in the box.

Heres a link to another thread where you got owned regarding all the smack you talked about how well your kit was going to respond and you edited the hell out of it because everything you said was wrong/untrue....

I'll leave with a quote from Frenchy,

after saying how it spools faster than any other kit..

how can you say it spools faster without even having it yet?

you dont know what housing it comes with

you dont know what parts are included

you dont know what a twin scroll setup consists of

and if in fact you are getting a twin scroll .78 a/r housing, then read post number 15

either way, you have proven nothing to back up your claims that it's better and spools faster than any other kit.

what you have proven is that you have no idea what it is you bought, what makes a twin scroll setup a twin scroll setup, and that you believe that cheap = the best.

Your trying to make yourself feel better for buying it..

good night

No you got owned you had an atp kit before. You wasted your money on a vishnu kit that uses the evos stock manifold, you need to stop hating because you got a tiny turbo and cant get any power out of your kit because it uses the stock manifold. I dont know about your posting information that has details to do with other things, but you look like your geting made because your stupid and bought a kit that does not make that much power for to much money , and you have outdated coilovers that are based on a old design and so many people are selling them on this forum for cheap and still can not get rid of them because they are garbage, it seems to me you are pretty dumb when it comes to buying car parts and are talking out of your ***.

And if you have anything to say use your own opnions or answers to respond, loser.
