valve cover, start the car, and put your hand closer to o2 housing is if it leaks, really you supposed to use stock one, fix the oil leak.

If its not the oil pan gasket then why does the oil seem to be coming from there.. I noticed the same thing on my car.. it makes that same leak.. and it sounds is coming from the head.. I took of the valve cover and everything is fine.. but what I did noticed was my oil was low as ****.. and my plugs were black also..

I placed it back on poured about a good quart and some.. and the noise went down..
am thinking is that.. oil return line or oil pan gasket along with the plugs..

Dude did you check your oil.. looks like we have that thing in common that notoriuos head leaking sound.. but i just cnt figure out how to blame the head for anything when it seems fine.. maybe it is the bottom end.. a piston ring etc etc.. anyways.. good luck.. am in germany and **** dnt come cheap around here.. had to order my parts from the US.

I fixed it yesterday, it was a blown gasket on the turbo. I think I know where the oil leak is coming from. It looks like it is coming from the oil return line from the oil cooler.

Yeah, I was really worried about it. I just removed my 20G-8 and put a stock EVO IX turbo on. My car feels faster with the stock IX turbo.
