could be your exhaust is rattling against something when the car moves. maybe it's hitting the lower 2 bars? if so use a spacer thats what i did

 

Sounds like you have a similar noise like I started hearing tonight.

I hear the usual whine in 1st gear .. from my Tcase.
Then in 2 and 3rd I hear a kind of rattle/rubbing noise.

Did you have any luck in finding out what your probem is ?

what fluid did you change ur tcase rear and tranny with...car car wasnt making a peep...i changed my fluids with redline fluids..the transfercase started making noise...im going to change back to stock fluids hopefully that will help...this might be your problem if u didnt go with stock fluids

 

I am hoping that my problem is aswell the fluid that is in my Tcase.

Should have some Dia Queen lsd later this week.
