Rear diff drain and fill

Does anybody know a site that has pictures on how to change your rear diff fluid. I know there is a thread but I was wondering if there are any picture to go along with instructions.

i don't know of one, but it's extemely easy to see the drain/fill plugs for the rear diff. if there's any specific question that you need answered to help you out let me know. the rear diff IMO is the easiest diff to change fluid in on the evo.

Remove the fill plug
Remove the drain plug
When drained replace the drain plug
Add fluid until it runs back out of the fill plug opening.
Replace the fill plug

The rear diff is indeed the easiest to change. If you want to know where it is, just crawl under the back of your car. It's a little ways under and in the center. You'll notice a 24 mm drain plug at the very bottom of the differential. Right above that, on the side, is the fill plug (17 mm). You can't miss it. I changed the rear diff for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I didn't even need to jack up the car. And make sure you use Diaqueen (my personal opinion).

How do people get that 17mm fill bolt out? I couldn't find a socket that is shallow enough to plug in.
