Tomorrow morning i will be venturing down to the SHOP in Norwalk.

I am having them install a 20g9lt; 780cc injectors, ssO2 housing (from buschur), buschur ported and coated exhaust manifold, arp head studs, and HKS 264cams. Miscallenous parts are installing my widebad AEM, defi oi pressue, and 12v supply for my boost gauge.

I will let you all know how it goes. Jimmy has been great to me to this point and I hope that it will definitely continue. Jimmy is a great guy and has been very patient with my project.

So after tomrrow we will see what happens, as I am kind have excited.

I also really like Jimmy and The Shop - to say the least my customers have really enjoyed the warm and friendly atmosphere that he has created here and to date everyone has had nothing but great things to say about The Shop

As for Marlon - he is a very good evo mechanic and owner since way back in the DSM days and his work has been 100% thus far with zero come backs and or complaints - the fact that he does not mind the customer hanging out over his shoulder while he is working is simply amazing me me as most mechanics hate it when customers watch

While your there ask Marlon about his brother. He nicknamed him the butcher, and after a couple of stories you'll know why . Very entertaining.

 

Marlon is the ****. Great guy talked with me the whole time doing the install, we bull ****ted and joke around. he answered all my questions i had, what direction i should go with the car etc.

Marlon is great. Jimmy is awesome too. I wish AL would learn from this. This place would be the only spot any evo owner should go but. Bra you need alot of work on your customer skills. ALOT. Customer service goes a long way Bra.

 

What does a bra have to do with anything? Are we talking about Victoria Secrets now?

 

+1 to Jimmy, the SHOP and AL. I got my EVO tuned there last month, and I must say that on top of a great tune, it was an all-around EXCELLENT experience dealing with everyone there!

I am under training fro customer service skill improvement under the gudiance of master jimmy. I have fallen under many bad habits which I have picked up along the way and I feel that I am making a lot of progress towards improved customer skills here.

 

Hey man, whats up? i havent seen you around for awhile......im pretty sure you are going to make some nice numbers. I will only trust THE SHOP to take care of my evo. With marlon the evo guru and Jimmie's great customer service is just over the edge. Not did he only take care of me every time i go, but to all customer that goes to his shop he treats them the same.....now thats WOWing your customers.....great job!!!
