It says no such thing, and you cannot run E85 on a stock Evo.

sorrrry for the confussion, is Ethanol what my IX manual describes, and is only as an alternative,

it also says one can pour a hihger octane than 93 for maximim performance, i assume it would be safe, they have a map for that higher than 93 octane ??
