Tial V-Band Housing Pics. (LARGE PICS)
Thanks to Jake over @ Tial and OF COURSE the guys at ShearerFabrications.com for making this possible.
Standard .82 T3 GT35r Tial V-Band Exhaust Housing. Much smaller and less balky than the typical Garrett/PTE exhaust housings, about half the weight, and VERY SEXY. The slimness/low profile-ness of this housing (along with ample space in a DSM) should make the placement very efficient along with the header design.
This is going on a DSM, and I should have pictures of the finished header (no spy shots yet) in a few weeks.

I thought those tial units were cast stainless steel, if thats true and my memory serves me correctly, you could put a mean polish on your turbine housing. Looks good, and good luck.
Do you happen to know if they have released any new A/R's for the gt30r yet, good to see they are letting more go for the gt35r.

The positioning in the pics suggests a top-mount is in progress
Is that true?
I'm already at the front of the line for the EVO application of this turbine housing
More cool mods in construction by Shearer for that one.

Man, I'm jealous. I've been trying to get one of those since January.
I've decided to wait for some results on them though as $300 or so extra just to not have 4 bolt's isn't really worth it to me if they make the same power and boost response. I figured I'd hold out for FP to get their GT3582RHT (or what ever they end up calling it) version out as well and team the two up together of they do show gains.
They do look sick though.

Switching from the 5 bolt to a Garrett 4 bolt, which is similar design, gained 20whp on a 400whp car.
That's 5% gain just by switching the turbine housing, and nothing else. This is quoted from a shop on these forums btw.
This is a much better design than the 5 bolt IMO, which is the main reason why I will never use an AMS turbo kit.
