it has to be something to do with the fuel system. . one thing, when you pulled the stock pump out as you were pulling it out are you sure you didnt yank a little hard and accidently diconnect one of the wires that goes to the harness that connects on to the fuel pump? (thats actually happend to alot of people)

No there is power to th pump but like I said there is fuel th the feed side of the rail but out of the regulator there is nothing. I know that the pump is working and getting to the rail but what I don't understand is why there is no fuel returning to the tank. When I pull the line after the regulator there is no fuel there.

wow this is really odd. . . so you didn't mess with anything that has to do with the fuel system besides the fuel pump right? So absolutly nothing regarding fuel was touched under the hood until the problem started right?

are you 100% sure that fuel is getting to the rail and thats not just left over fuel that was in the lines?

No nothing else thats why I assumed the pump but when I put it back to stock it still did it. But I can't think of anything electrical that could have to do with it obviously I remove the oxygen sensor but I know that is all hooked up again. I can't figure this out for the life of me.

Yeah postive it is getting to the rail because it isn't thereat first but when you pull the line after it pumps it starts to flow out of the line.

you said its not the pump, but I still say its something to do with the harness that plugs into the pump. . check those wires and make sure it didnt come out of the connector or come loose. . because it seems like thats what your problem is. .
