Unhappy No start after some minor installs

So just finished up installing a header, O2 housing, Greddy full auto TT, walbro fuel pump and an AMS LICP. Now after everything was done tested turbo timer with just the key in the on position, dropped the e-brake and the timer shut off. Buttoned loose ends up and get in to crank it and she doesn't start. So first thing I check is the fuel pump getting fuel to the rail but doesn't get past the pressure regulator. Then unplugged the TT thinking it was messing with the anti theft and no luck there either. Car has spark and also checked the immoblizer code and that is still the same as before. So hopefully someone has an idea of what the hell is going on. I think I have told you everything that I know up to this point. Also no engine lights are on so please offer suggestions I need them. Thanks

I bought the plug and play harness and it is a jumper between the ignition harness and taps the wires need for the timer. The car cranks and thats about it.

Checked the ignition the old fashion way of screw driver in plug boot and letting it arc. And she is sparking. Yeah I figured it wasn't the timer but I thought i mine as well eliminate one thing at a time.

if it cranks, and your gettin spark, it must not be getting fuel. you hear the pump but is it installed right? if you changed back i would think its right but thats all thats left...

I unhooked the battery for about 15 minutes but please excuse my ignorance what does hitting the throttle twice do? I am getting fuel all the way to the pressure regulator. I pulled the regulator and fuel leaked out, rebolted the regulator and then unhooked the rubber return line from the regulator to the metal line that runs back to the drivers side and get no fuel running out there at all. So it stops at the regulator and doesn't get past there far as I can tell.

you know for sure your getting spark, and the only other thing you changed was the fuel pump and as you know the other part you need is fuel...
