Apparently that manifold was "never installed, but removed for the photos"

The only car that this intake manifold will fit is the RS. Any other model that is equipped with ABS will have the ABS box in the way. I have this intake manifold on my 2005 Evo VIII MR. Dan Cokic from Pruven Performance used his extensive fabrication skills to make this intake manifold work for me.

If you're willing to spend that much money on the hks, have you considered the ams intake manifold? It's a very nice piece, that has been proven time and again to hold up. Seriously though, with your mods that money could be spent much better elsewhere. Is it safe to assume that you are preparing the car for a larger turbo in the future?

Oh man I just looked your mod list, you don't need a manifold yet, not even close, buy a turbo kit and supporting mods, then the manifold

I'm shopping around for a gt35 / gt37-r kit, at this point its a toss up between ETS's GT35-r with S cover, or the AMS gt37

Only reason I was asking about the manifold is because it's the first time I've seen it.

Hmmm, well those are some fairly large turbos. Do you plan on building the motor? Reason I ask is the only reason to get a Intake Manifold like these is if you are trying to squeeze some more power out your current setup. If you can't turn up the boost, then there is really no point.

To answer your original question, people see as much as 30whp gains by adding an AMS intake manifold. But that's in setups usually running 30+ psi. There isn't a whole lot of info out there on the HKS unit, but I'd guess it would be real close. If I'm mistaken then by all means somone correct me, I'm no expert, just an evom junkie.

I have the ETS kit coming in and going on a full built 2.0 with full valvetrain, cosworth 272's, etc... I'm also running the car on 116 only on AEM and having Buschur tune it so I'll post results soon of what it makes if you wanna see how it turns out

The plan is to run 25+ psi on 91, and have a c-16 tune for the track/strip. My main concern is what RPM is it making the most power, past 7k? If I can pick up a little mid /high end power, it might be worth the cost. I have alot of money / time to spend first lol, I just like to plan ahead.
