Miss shift/Grind

Okay. I have a short shifter. I also have some Buschur underhood shifter bushings NOT YET installed. At the track, whenever i shifted... it would not go in (even if i left the clutch in until i was shifted) or it would go in and make a grind noise. Not a loud grind like when you miss shift usually. It goes into gear but still grinds. Will the busings solve this problem?

+1, for some reason a simple flush with this as a replacement fluid fixes things you never would expect it to. Before going through the hassle of replacing a t.o.b. or synchro..give this a shot!
