Our phone is always on, AIM=TTPEngineering is on 24hrs a day to receive messages and I have no emails from you buddy.
We even have mobile broadband to keep our turn times and service levels at 100%, even when on the road tuning for dyno days and while commuting.
If you need something, let us know.
I can bet there is not an easier vendor to contact with faster response time than TTP when it comes to reflashing, which is the subject of this thread.

Take a look around, you'll see Jestr making good WHP to a lot of people. Just mine for example is 390WHP on a Mustang. Most Dynojets read 15% more than a Mustang, so that would make it about 448.5WHP. In my opinion, that's pretty impressive for what mods I have.

I disagree, he is not talking down just explaining himself and what he offers. Business can get busy and with answering 100+ emails a day I can see one getting overlooked or accidently sent to the SPAM folder. There are multiple mediums to get into contact with ANY vendor. Using one and giving up is just not justifiable to "bash" or "criticize" any particular vendor. Its a a shame people believe that technology and communication mediums are innocent and always perfect.
^^Didn't TTP just say that this subject was about reflashing. It's just the way it is that some people expect to be taken care of when they do business with someone no matter what the case may be.

What im saying is that this is no longer a brick and mortor type of business where you meet face to face at a building, and even with the current communication channels it is still possible for things to go wrong [misplacing an email]. I see where your comming from, but I see past and ahead of that. And before you think im biased....I was both Intially tuned by Jestr and afterwards TTP. Both are Stellar.
Anyways lets keep this ONTOPIC.
Cheers

I bought a flash from Dynoflash & TTP.
My experience with Dynoflash was not a good one. It took a few weeks to get the tune. Emails to Dynoflash either went unanswered or the response was confusing because there was a misunderstanding about the question. The actual tune itself had a very high ping count, but to Dynoflash's credit a couple attempts were made to rectify this.
I eventually grew tired of dealing with Dynoflash and I decided to try a different vendor, so I contacted TTP. I had the map back on the same day I paid for it. I did some data logs and TTP made a few adjustments on the same day. I did some more data logs and again, TTP was very quick to make some adjustments. In all I believe TTP was very easy to get a hold of and helpful. I would use them again.
I would rate the TTP tune much better than the Dynoflash tune on my car because there is a lot less ping and it appears to be making more power. I wouldn't call the tune perfect because there are some issues with the AFR I still need to work out, but hey - I'm not complaining for what I paid for it.
I'll eventually get myself back over to the dyno and have a tuner spend some time on it. The dyno tunes have worked out best for me over the years.

I just got an email from ttp, and it was actually in my hotmail junk folder. luckily i had checked it before emptying it out. he was asking how the email flash had worked out.
I started with a jestr flash that had a good amount of knock even after I sent back logs for tweaking. After the GM MAF conversion, I went with TTP and had no issues. Scott is very easy to talk to and is more than willing to answer any questions you throw at him.
I have used BOTH Jestr and TTP.
Both e-mail tunes are very good.
As of late TTP is cheaper and gives superb customer service(typically 1 day or less turnaround) and is always availible.
Jestr is still an excellent option IMO even at 150 dollars.

It's ridiculous really, look at the poll
. Jestr has been around for 12+ years.........23 Votes
Same with TTP, he too has been around for years along with the rest of these Tuners. Look at the total vote for all of them
..............I truly do believe that they have tuned a lot more happy and angry people than that.
Many customers obviously will or never see this thread to be able to participate in this poll / argument.
Thank God

The Evolution has only been in the states since late 2003 as a 2003 MY.
The first opportunity for commercial reflashing systems wasn't available until late 2004.
There has only been an opportunity to reflash Evolution ROMs for less than 3 years.

$75 and the guy works 70 hours a week so he's always online
if he wasnt the cheapest i would have stuck with jestr, i was happy with his tune it just doubled in price so thats kind of sucky.
