scraping sound...

Hey guys,

I have am exedy triple carbon clutch and lately its been making a scraping usually when I'm stopped and going to first gear to move, I let go off the clutch slowly and give it a little gas and at the end it makes a scraping sound before the clutch is completely out. I got curious, and noticed that it also happens if I'm in a heavy gear, instead of the car struggling a bit it theres a scraping sound. I suck at trying to explain things, so if you guys have any specific questions that would help, let me know. btw...the car is driving perfectly fine and the clutch is not slipping, it just makes a scraping sound sometimes.

Thanks in advance.

If the scraping sound in first gear is like metal on metal, it's fine, My friends twin does this, and my exedy 4 puck is starting too. He's never had problems and my clutch is rather new and works great.

However, I don't hear any sounds like this in a "heavy" gear.. do you mean like trying to accelerate from a low rpm in 5th? That might not be good, it shouldn't be making those sounds then
