I will go back to the dyno i originally dynoed when i was stock after i get the install done to see the progression from stock to tune with turboback to current state with below mods. should be interestiing. stock was 218then tune with mbc and turboback was 290... my stock 05 turbocharger will be for sale soon...any idea what that is worth? 44k on it..

those sound like Mustang Dyno #'s you should be at around 350-375whp on the same dyno, and i've seen stock 05 turbos go as high as $350-400 on here in good conditon, maybe more. also a high flow cat should net you a little more and possibly still be good with emission tests.

Stock '05 Evo 8 turbo realistically goes for $300-350 with 44,000 miles on it. I bought a 9 turbo for 500 with 9,000 miles on it. I have seen stock 8 turbos go for as low as $250 with the 10.5 hotside.
You may want to think about a lower IC pipe along with an upgraded intercooler. You should at least upgrade the 02 housing while you have the turbo out.
