No, the FP Red for subies has a 65lbs wheel. I had one on my built stage 2 STI engine. Thing was a ****ing beast.

 

my mistake, the old green for DSMs was that a modified 50trim? or a frank GT30 with a mitsu housing ?

as someone else mentioned, buschur sold an FP red a couple of weeks ago on these forums...he didn't say for sure if it was for an evo or dsm.

 

it was a dsm red, with a custom built manifold to work on the evo

 

FP Red used a a 60-1 wheel. 60-1 have never been a 65# wheel. GT3582 and GT3082 (or 3065) are the 65# wheels. I asked 2 days after the Green came out for a custom order for a Red. We'll see when it gets released, but with all the other choices I wouldnt expect to see FP produce one right away.

I spoke with FP a couple months ago. I knew about the red because I came from the Suby world. I asked if they planned on releasing one.

The answer:

"YES IN THE NEAR FUTURE..."

 

Last time I checked the spool on the FP Red was awful. I BELIEVE (IIRC) that its worse than a 35R.

Is it going to bolt on like the EvoGreen? or do have to get an entire turbo kit to run this?
