What header is that? Does it have the twin scroll type ports on it? Did you have it coated or did it come that way? Do you have a link? I know, I'm just full of questions...

Thanks ! BTW - that header is only $575.00 and its top full stainless quality - it makes about 12 extra ft lbs of power at 3500 and it adds a wicked sound up top!

Its a very lovely 2000 degree thermal barrier by Gforce in Bridgeport, CT they do fantastic work - price varys by the size of the piece you need and the condition

Very nice. Did the thermal coating on the header sufficiently address the additional heat issues?

Yes - it runs way cooler than stock now - and it spools up harder

...I thought you'd like the coating... I used to work with a friend who was known for VR4's... Used Swain Tech's (if I remember right) coating on his big 20G mainfolds. Car spooled better than a stock Evo, and ran as cool as stock.
