Bad *** GT35 R Stage IV Evo with Reflash on Dyno - Video
Today I dynoed a really suprizing Evo 8 at Buschur Racing which turned out to be the most powerful Evo I have dynoed yet with a reflash ON THE BUSCHUR DYNO (I have previously made 540 whp with a reflash on a dyno jet)
What I found impressive about this car was the limited modifications on the car
This is what the guy had :
BR GT35R turbo kit with cast manifold
BR 3" Exhaust - quiet magna flow muffler
Ebay fmic
Stock fmic pipes
Stock ignition
Walbro pump
780 Injectors (maxed out)
HKS cams 272
Dyno Flash custom tune - dual maps (pump and race)
This was on a mix of 1/8th tank 93 octane pump gas and 5 gallons 100 octane unleaded fuel
With C 16 I could have run more timing and significantly leaner ergo more power
The car made 452 whp and 400 TQ on the Buschur Dyno which is a very impressive figure as that is a very low reading dyno
With more injector - I am sure we could have approached 500
It was a real pleasure to tune this car and I greatly appreciate the customer making the long trip from Deleware to attend the tuning weekend
Here is the video

I was there and saw this thing run - absolutely amazing car (I was jealous... ).
IIRC, he was running something like 33 lbs. of boost or so when he made the top run. I'm sure Al or Dave (or the owner, if he's on here) will have the exact figure.

Everyone who knows 4G63 knows that David Buschur is the undisputed pioneer of 4G63 in the USDM
Not only was he the first to do many things with the old dsm's he continues to be the leader with the fastest Evo 8 and also winning the recent Winged Warrior event
Please have some respect for those who have accomplished so much

That was my car on the dyno.
Long day, driving from Delaware to Ohio and back.
Well worth it though been told that I am crazy for doing that but....whatever. DAMN I LOVE THIS CAR.
Many thanks to AL and David Buschur for their work and advice
I don't want to get into the crap that some people are already talking about as far the power goes. Bottom line is these guys [ AL and DB/BUSCHUR RACING] know their s**t. If I had gone with C16 LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE, had new plugs and wires like I should have had.......yada yada yada. WTF? I had only 100 Octane to work with since the gas station in pretty much next door to my house, it works.
MOST IMPORTANTLY, I am beside myself with excitement about my car and more than happy with the job that AL did. Like I told Dave, it's a good thing I don't live closer to their facility or I would just leave my car there and sign over my paychecks to them every week
I could go on but I won't.
DYNOFLASH AND BUSCHUR RACING FTMFW!!!!!!!
