I'll try and remember:
- On the track noticed that shifting was becoming more difficult, but didn't hear any noise.
- In the pits came to a stop, when trying to roll from a stop the clutch felt like it was slipping and grabbing, and making some grinding noise.
- Once cruising on the freeway didn't notice any noise or problems at all. Was able to limp it home and stay in 5th gear almost the whole way home. Parked the car and yanked the clutch, discs were in good shape aside from the broken retainer.
