The idel is worse than stock - I would not go to the 272 if the idel is any worse - its bad
The sound is GREATLY improved - the car feels nasty now
If you look at the dyno sheet - you can 4500 to 5300 rpms there was a aLOT of board flat stump pulling trq
2 - much more power after 6000 - 7000 rpms !\
Thanks AMS for getting me the cams and big up as ususal to Pruven for guiding me today
The power on the road feels much better and faster

I never put the 272 's in
After seeing how the 264's idel I would not get the 272's on a dialy driver
Especially If I am going to do a big turbo later the 272 would really cause troubles with the maf sensor at idel
When they come out with the AEM or similar I may try the 272

Al: That must be a EVO thing. I was pulling about 15in of vacuum at idle with my 272s and I had MUCH bigger injectors. This was on stock cam gears and the much crappier 1g MAS.
In the DSM world the big 16g works best with a pair of 264s anything bigger and there is too much of a trade off. If you ever step up to a bigger turbo you will really need that extra oomph up top that the 272s deliver.

i was at turbotrix yesterday and Jeff Hill has the 272's on his car. he let me take it for a ride and they felt rediculous on the top end. he dyno'd 321 to the wheels and his car is still running the stock exaust. with the car at idle you could hardly tell that the car had cams. when they come in, i'm going with the 272's
