Blitz-reads Boost

Zeitronix-reads Boost, EGT, A/F

One is a boost controller that doubles as a guage one is built for monitoring multiple things. They should never be in a comparison, but if your asking which one would help you make sure you don't blow up your car better, it would be the Zeitronix by a mile.

I was not aware that the Blitz SBC had those capabilities, however....

Does it come with a wideband sensor? Almost all of the boost controllers/turbo timers that come with "air fuel" guages use a narrowband and are good for nothing. The blitz unit by itself just controls boost and shows it, add another 600 bucks to read EGT and air fuel for the sensors and thats 700 bucks where you could have a full blown ZT2 setup for about 550.

The a/f sensor/box that the SBC uses/ sells is close to 500 bucks alone...

The Blitz i-Color can read/display a lot more information than the zeitronix. I would assume that the accuracy on both (A/F) would be the same accurate to 00.0 units. If you need a very accurate A/F meter then you'll want to look at a Motec unit which is accurate to 00.00 units which is a lot more helpful than just 00.0 units.

A good thing about the Blitz is that it's an all-in-one unit vs. the Zeitronix. Which means it'll control and read boost, oil and fuel press, water and oil temps, as well as 3 optional inputs including a wideband option. Zeitronix only reads boost, TPS, wideband, RPM, lambda?

overlay and compare runs and parameters
record and play back runs
display graphs and calculate whp and torque based on runs
warnings set for any or all sensors

only problem.. cannot download to pc
