VIDEOS

As I promised...the videos...

As you can see from the first run...our problem is running out of 4th gear and hitting 5th.

12.172@110.23 mph

12.205@112.79 mph

Thanks

Darryl

Interesting - - I was able to go 113.94 still in 4th gear - I wonder if your gears may be different???

I need to take a risk with the local PD and conduct a test to see exactly at what speed it hits the fuel cut in 4th gear

The gearing is going to be a limiting factor to reach mid 11's - we may need a different 4th gear - OR a change of the final drive ratio - both of which I have NO idea if they are available

Al, since no different gearing or FD is available at this time, you are left with 2 choices. You can try to tach your car out higher, or you may want to try switching wheel/tire size. Run a taller tire and you'll be OK without shifting 5th.

Check with Norris Designs...They have a 4.11 gearing to change the shift points.
