Greddy Upper IC pipe Question

There's really not mucy concrete info on this topic. I need a good solution to fix this issue. For those of you who do not know, the Greddy Upper Intercooler piping has an extra port on it for the JDM anti-lag system. Not a big deal, I just capped it off with a rubber cap and went on my way. Well being that it heats up, the rubber deteriorates over time causing me a massive boost leak. Then I'm back to square one. How did you guys fix yours that have this part? The options that I can think of are these:

1. Get a welder to cut off the port and close it up. (Expensive, as welding aluminum is kind of tough.)

2. Put the stocker back on. (Not an option, the Greddy is a better part and adds the bling to the engine bay.)

3. Keep capping it off with rubber cap and replacing it every 6 months. (Tedious)

4. Get one of those plugs that is a rubber plug sandwiched between two washers and a nut and bolt. when tightened, it expands closing up the hole. (This is risky because if the same thing happens with this rubber that does with the rubber caps I use, I'd be sucking rubber pieces into the engine.)

Has anyone else fixed theirs with a method not mentioned above? Thanks for the help.
