Help with Buschur intake pipe install

Just tried in install my buschur intakepipe/filter kit on an Evo 9. I am having trouble with the lower radiator hose being crushed on the shift mechanisim of the tranny. Also the hood is pushing on the filter when I try to close it. Any ideas with be appreciated.
Thanks,
Sam

Loosten up your hose clamps and adjust the pipe so it doesn't hit the radiator hose. The filter may touch the hood a little, that is not a big deal.
