Was this an aftermarket 02 comparison or stock to modified aftermarket 02 housing?

aftermarket 02 housing....we dynoed with my helix o2 housing, then welded on the external dump, and re-dynoed and re-tuned.

true...most car dealerships, no matter what the make, have this hourly labor rate.

considering most of us already have an aftermarket 02 housing, the cost of getting one to do this is moot.

Guys - the charges per hour are customary and normal for our area - NY Tri-State region. $90 an hour may be more than some regions charge but we are in a very high cost of living area.

The job now involves custom fabrication on each car so its a 2 hour charge to R & R the 02 housing and 2 hours to weld up the 02 housing and make the dump tube

Our plan - when we have a few more done and know that they work is to make a jig and produce many of these o2 housings at a time this way we can lower the cost of the o2 housing with the dump tube

I am sure that if these work as well as I think they do that Ebay whom ever will come out with a version of the ebay o2 housing with the dump tube already attached so that no one has to pay anything extra to have one

In the mean time - we are testing a 3rd car this evening with a IX stage III

Tonight the car we did took 5 hours as the bolts were severly rusted and one stud was broken - stock exhuast parts can be a bear to remove

I'm a fan of this o2 housing setup.......I hope you keep producing good numbers and find the right design to justify mass producing them.....I'll certainly pick one up. Great work.

Hey Al, I'm assuming you had to block the housing internally or the exhaust would re-rout?
