Clutch delay valve

I own a honda s2000 and i was reading on s2ki that some cars have a clutch delay valve which make it harder to launch shift etc...Someone on the s2000 boards that evo8s have a delay valve. Is this true? I tried doing a search and did not see much. Is it hard to remove on the evo?

Its actually a restrictor pill / orifice that is located within the clutch line.

Its actually in the slave cylinder itself, not the line.
