Which Turbo?

Im looking at the Evo 6.5 RS TME Turbo and the Evo 9 20G Turbo 10.5. Which one do you guys think i should go with / which is better? Im not going with a huge turbo just yet, so this is for the mean time.

Evo 20G (evogreen) is what I am going with for what it's worth. My favorite turbo for a stock engine and daily driving.

Evo 20g lt. It only requires $100 in parts to get it on an Evo 8, and with the right supporting mods there are people getting over 420whp. I think one guy was well over 450whp.

And the best thing is it looks stock to the uninformed.

Im pretty sure that the tme will spool quite a bit faster then even stock but you will only gain a few hp. So its really best suited for auto x and/or daily driving.

You dont need any internals for a 20g. Wait until you figure out if your turbo is dead before you look for a new one.

If your turbo is dead, I would just upgrade to a IX turbo and not a 20g since you could get one for so cheap. If you want to upgrade the turbo the 20g-Lt (Evo Green) is the only 20g worth the money.

Thats all you need to run the Green (20GLT). FMIC, cams, fuel pump, injectors, full exhaust, 02 housing, ported manifold would be good, etc. I would not waste time with a TME.
