yeah.. sounds like excuses once people said the numbers were low..

but what kind of vendor needs to make 'i put in a 37 and boosted the psi by 5 and i beat RNRs crappy 50 trim' posts?

you mean a more efficient turbo at a higher pis makes more HP?

thanks.

Actually its a gt37. The pt67 is bb. Al noted this one is not bb. So therefore its a true gt37.

After the weak pathetic results of the 50 trim kit - I suggested to the customer that he consider a GT35R or a GT37

Two weeks later and today we are dynoing the Gt37 on the otherwise identical car as two weeks ago with the 50 trim

I get a huge kick out of this kind of testing and I find the results very interesting

The car was transformed into a real great street car - if you stay in boost there is no lag between shifts - its great

Keep in mind this is a non ball bearing Gt37 - with the ball bearing it pob would pick up a few hundred rpms spool up

You are still around? I thought you had a heart attack!

The PT67 is available in ball bearing and non ball bearing. The GT37 is non bb, so i guess he is talking about that. i didnt read the part where he said it was non BB, so i guess hes talking about the GT37. lol but im not even 100% sure with this thread.

Al, Did this 50 trim look like the 50 trim SS Autochrome offers or is it an actual Precision turbo?
