A lot of people recommend the Randomtech. I ordered one but they are on back order. They are 50 state legal which is a BIG deal for the CA police

I would recommend getting a metal core cat like the helix, perrin, random tech. They flow a lot better and will last a lot longer than a ceramic core.

Removal of any functioning cat is illegal in any state, even ones that don't test for emissions.

I have a Ultimate Racing HFC and the fitment was excellent and it came with gaskets, hardware and the bung for the O2 welded on.

The easy solution is to claim that your stock cat was damaged by road debris and had to be replaced.

I had my UR h/f cat since 500 miles. No problems. Loved it.
After 50K+ miles on it.
I finally went to a test pipe and gained 2+mph in the 1/4 from just the swap.
