makes sense, less restriction equals less friction equals less heat to begin with.

How come there are so many ETS nutswingers? Because one guy made 1,000whp with a 42r turbo, i'm sorry ETS Turbo Kit everyone is on their d**k.

I would go for the Nisei Competition Intercooler.

Or maybe because the people that are "nutswinging" have had seen first had that ets intercoolers out perform the competition. Paul's car is nice and all but everything that JR and crew puts out is top notch.

Ive been running ETS stuff for the last 4-5yrs along time before Paul was racing. I had an ETS fmic on my 98dsm, ETS LICP on my 05 Evo and now have an ETS fmic on my 99 dsm. The products always come out topnotch and they will pretty much build whatever you have in mind.

ETS has some of the highest quality parts available in the market today. Their customer service is second to none.

You say their is only one guy who made 1000 whp with ETS kit.....well Buschur made I think One car with like 1000 whp and AMS made like 2 cars and Nisei made like none .

The point is that ETS delivers the highest quality products with great pricing and every single one of their items have been dyno proven.

ETS FTMFW........... .

Ok well ETS delivers the highest quality top notch products, as does AMS, BR, Nisei, Greddy, HKS, A-Spec, Shearer, Full-Race. I mean come on...

Yeah i never said they sell bad products. I just said if i had a choice between Nisei or ETS, i would buy ETS cause they make a greater product than Nisei because of craftsmenship and excellent dyno results.

We could go on and on like one of those Buschur VS. AMS threads or we could just put our inputs and move on.

I'm not sure if you've seen both IC's in person but the Nisei has the better craftsmenship.

As far as dyno results someone should test the Nisei Compitition against the ETS 3.5in so this debate can be over.

I agree and I hope for you the Nisei does better especially since it's about 200 dollars more then the ETS 3.5"

How do you know i never seen one in person or even owned one???? I owned 3 evos so far and I used Buschur, XS engineering and Nisei intercooler before and let me tell you man, so far ETS has the best quality i have seen yet. When i got my Nisei IC in the mail, the endtanks welds were crap . I could weld better for sure. When i tried to get it replaced it was a pain talking to them to send me a new one and the new one they sent me had the same problem and the endtank pipings would not line up with the IC pipings.

Um...ok, your right. You should start fabricating parts for the Evo since you have robotic-like welding skills

ummmm. . .I made the below indicated power and torque with just the ETS I/C and cams. . .cams can only get your so far (15-20whp and the same for tune). . .and stock I dynoed at 220 ish. . .you can figure the ETS I/C gave me at least 15 whp, not bad for just an efficient, cheap, and well designed I/C. . .we're nutswinging because the results are in, the pressure drop is minimal, and the power is addictive!

and I have the 3.5 ETS I/C
